Zoom - Confirm URLs and Set Reminders
- Confirm you have received all confirmation emails from Zoom (2-4 emails depending on your course).
- In each of those emails is an "Add to calendar" link.
- Click that link for each of the classes to add that class, and your unique login URLs, to your calendar.
Performance-based Hiring is Win-Win Hiring (LMS) - Confirm platform access
- Confirm you have received a Welcome email from Performance-based Hiring Is Win-Win Hiring <noreply@notify.thinkific.com>.
- This is the learning platform that supports your Performance-based Hiring Training.
- The subject of the email will be "Welcome to Performance-based Hiring Is Win-Win Hiring" and there will be a link in that email to reset your password.
- Reset your password (save your password somewhere for easy access).
- Next, login and click on the "My Dashboard" link to see the courses in which you are enrolled.
- If you can't find that email, let us know and we will send you an express sign-in link.

- Create at least one important performance objective for a case-study position in the format:
Action Verb | Task | Result (deliverable or metric) | Time-frame. - Note: Your case-study position could be a position you are currently hiring for, or one you hire for frequently. If you are not currently hiring, you can complete this assignment using your own position, or a position you recently held.
- Send us a link to the posted job description of your case-study position. Send to: info@louadlergroup.com.
- Complete the Recruiter Competency Model
- Review/complete Win-Win Hiring (LMS) "Getting Started" Lessons:

It’s no problem. You can make it up.
Do I always have to start with the first module?
No, though we recommend you begin with the first or second module, which are about Defining the Job (creating a compelling job) and Talent-centric Sourcing.
